Booking and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed and completed contract must be received in order to secure booking for bridal services. For all other services a 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed and completed contract must be received in order to secure booking.
Remaining balance for services must be paid on the event date prior to the start of services. Payment is accepted in cash, debit or credit. Electronic money transfer is also accepted, but must be received 48 hours prior to the date of services.
For bridal services any cancellation within 75 days of the wedding date, a 25% cancellation fee will be required, based on the outstanding balance owing. For all other services cancelled within 30 days of the date services are to be completed, a 25% cancellation fee will be required based on the outstanding balance owing.
If a change is required such as date, or additional services, this will be done based on availability, but no guarantee can be made that the change can be accommodated.
